He Paints from the Gut
January 27th, 2012
When Matt Sesow visited the gallery from his Washington DC home, he found a Southern annex to his studio that was quite to his liking. A walk about in the historic district proved ripe with inspiration and fueled several days worth of painting. Manatees, along with mama cats, scoundrels, and even a Celery Queen have been added to his Central Florida collection. Opening night ended with many new fans of the man who paints from the gut.
What's in Your Window?
January 17th, 2012
January always brings a fresh new look to the gallery. The holiday festivities have subsided, the decorations and trees are packed away, making way for a new season - one of resolutions and new beginnings. We are enjoying the change of scenery in our front windows. That's a bright juicy pear by Mary Klein and some exquisite examples of Laura Zindel's ceramic apothecary jars. Our spring show schedule is going to be a colorful one! We hope you'll visit often.
