Olivia Thomason’s roots were sewn in the small town of Hendersonville, North Carolina. Fondly looking back on her childhood; Olivia recalls baptisms, cookouts, country stores, and summer storms sweeping through in an instant.
Opportunity knocked after Olivia moved to Atlanta and eventually opened a successful art gallery in the heart of the downtown area. “My gallery," she said, “became an outlet for unknown but talented folk artists to display their works and make a living.”
Olivia continues to paint her cherished memories of a simpler time in rural North Carolina proving that you can take the girl out of the country but not the country out of the girl.
