Reginald Mitchell

Reggie Mitchell was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, challenged by a learning disability, a fatherless home, and life in poverty. He had grown up in the roughest projects of the town but he has recently moved to a better location with his sister. Reggie paints the architectural features and scenery of The Big Easy. He captures the atmosphere and energy that resonates throughout New Orleans. Mitchell's work is collected extensively by the House of Blues.

After Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Reggie and his family fled to Houston, Texas. We are so pleased to have Reggie's work available again after a lapse in his painting routine.
