How do I know if a piece of art is available for purchase?

We make every attempt to keep our website current. However, in the unlikely event you purchase a piece that is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

What forms of payment are accepted on the website?

Jeanine Taylor Folk Art accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards and Paypal. Please call if you would like to pay with check or money order.

 

What forms of payment are accepted at the gallery?

In addition to the above credit cards, Jeanine Taylor Folk Art accepts personal checks and money orders (payable to Jeanine Taylor Folk Art) at the gallery. Personal checks need 7 days to clear. A 7% sales tax will be added to all orders purchased within Florida.

How much does shipping cost?

This will be calculated at check out and will include shipping & handling and insurance. Shipping costs are based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. For oversized items, we request that you contact the gallery for an estimate. 

 

What shipping company will mail the purchased item(s)?

We use UPS delivery. If you have a special shipping request, please contact us at (407) 323-2774.

What do you do with my contact information?

Jeanine Taylor Folk Art does not sell, rent, trade or divulge any information about its visitors to third parties. Information used is for the sole purpose of conducting business or contacting customers in relation to Jeanine Taylor Folk Art.
